13) Sample of a driver's license issued from March 26, 2021. The driver's license has the appearance of an ID-1 plastic card with an implanted security element, made of a multilayer polymer material – polycarbonate, according to DSTU ISO/IEC 7810:2008. Graphic images and textual information are printed on the front and back of the license blank using offset and screen printing. The license blank is manufactured using multi-component security printing. Text on both sides of the driver's license is printed in Ukrainian and English with black ink that becomes invisible under the action of an infrared light source. The issuing authority is the TSC.

14) Sample of a driver's license issued from December 26, 2023. The national driver's license has the appearance of an ID-1 plastic card with an implanted security element. The format of the card is 53.98 x 85.6 (±0.75) millimeters and may have permissible deviations in accordance with DSTU ISO/IEC 7810:2008. Graphic images and textual information are printed on the front and back of the license blank using offset and screen printing. The license blank is manufactured using multi-component security printing. The design of the license blank is reproduced using offset, iris offset, and screen printing. The design of the blank is created using special protective background grids that reproduce ornamental-geometric drawings, and elements made of negative and positive text in several languages.

During the personalization process, the license blank is laminated on both sides with a protective transparent reflective achromatic coating and a high-strength film.

Such a coating contains a special marking consisting of three letters and six digits, a metallized holographic image of MIA emblems of various sizes, arranged in a checkerboard pattern in parallel rows. Inside the emblems, there is a stylized image of the small State Coat of Arms of Ukraine, the background of which is created from text illegible to the human eye, which can be decoded using a laser device and under the action of refracted light reflecting at a certain angle.

Note. On the driver's license blanks specified in paragraphs 3-7, 9-13, their manufacturer applies technological marking in the form of the manufacturer's name and an alphanumeric designation of the order number.
